Arrival Time
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to provide yourself adequate time to change and adjust to our nurturing spa environment. You may also enjoy an eucalyptus steam or quiet time in our luxurious spa lounge. We provide our spa guests with private lockers, robes, slippers and full locker room amenities.
Please leave your jewelry at home or in your hotel room safe. Although we provide personal lockers while receiving treatment, we regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles.
If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, we will only be able to provide services in the time remaining and you will be charged the full service fee.
To ensure that you receive the complete benefit of our service, it is recommended that all spa patrons drink plenty of water prior to their treatment as well as afterwards.
We have both male and female therapists to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when arranging your appointment.
In-Room Spa
In-room spa services include massage, manicures and facials. There is an additional 20% surcharge for all in-room services.
Spa Etiquette
For the comfort and consideration of other guest, we ask that you please turn-off all cell phones and pagers.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the minimum age requirement to visit the Spa or Spa Fitness Centre is 16 years of age.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa facilities.
Health Conditions
Please advise your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or other conditions prior to treatment.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointments are available for every client, we request at least four (4 hours) hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling, or you will be charged the full service fee.
Homecare
Professional-quality spa products are available for your continued care at home. You are welcome to purchase products at the spa desk and we will ship to you anywhere within the world. Shipping charges will apply.
Price
Prices for Spa service are inclusive of service charge and the state sales tax but exclusive of gratuity.
Spa products are subject to 8.25% of the state sales tax.
