Sit among the lush greenery of the hotel’s rooftop surrounded by stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and sample a multitude of dishes straight off the grill.

Executive Chef David Codney’s creations showcase his elevated approach to traditional barbequed specialties, elegantly executed. Highlights from this year’s menu include:
- Pabst Blue Ribbon® Beer Can ½ Chicken with cabbage cilantro slaw
- Grass-Fed Beef Brisket Tacos with Cotija, cabbage and radish
- Charred Whole Branzino with house grown radish, lemon and dill
- 28-Day Dry-Aged Rib Eye with barrel aged house steak sauce
Rounding off the menu is a creative take on a childhood classic: a delicious House-Made S’more.
