Set at the iconic hotel’s lively rooftop, indulge in a three-course prix fixe menu featuring Chef David Codney’s sophisticated spin on Baja cuisine. The exclusive menu features toquilla-drunken shrimp cocktails, mouthwatering vermillion snapper fish tacos, and decadent tres leches sundaes accompanied by sweet cream ice cream.
